Introduction

There was a time when I thought wealth was something unattainable. I believed that to be successful, you had to be born into a rich family, possess special talents, or be lucky enough to stumble upon a «happy» coincidence. However, over time, I realized that wealth is not just about luck, but rather the result of consistent effort, knowledge, and a desire to grow.

In our society, there are many opinions about money. Some believe that money is evil, while others argue that it is the key to happiness. But few stop to consider that money is not just numbers in a bank account or paper bills in a wallet; it is a resource that, if used wisely, can radically change your life and the lives of those around you.

It’s important to understand one crucial thing: the desire to be wealthy is not something shameful or immoral. It is a natural human aspiration. Each of us has the right to thrive, to ensure our own comfort and security, and to create goodness in the world. After all, in order to help others, you must first take care of yourself — and for that, you need resources.

Why everyone has their own path to wealth

The question of money has always been one of the most relevant and mysterious aspects of every person’s life. We all, in one way or another, strive for material well-being, for abundance that will provide us with comfort, stability, and freedom. However, enrichment is not just a process of accumulating material possessions; it is something much deeper. It is a multifaceted, layered process that involves not only our financial habits and opportunities but also our inner beliefs, life goals, and the spiritual and energetic aspects of our existence. And it is here, at this intersection, that the path to true success begins — in understanding your personal path to wealth.

1. WEALTH AS A REFLECTION OF INNER HARMONY

To understand why everyone has their own path to wealth, it’s essential to first realize that money is merely a tool, a means. Money is not the goal; it is the result — the result of how we live, how we think, how we interact with the world, and how we use our resources. We often believe that wealth is solely an external factor, defined only by the amount of money we have. But this belief is an illusion. In reality, wealth is a state that begins in your mind, your heart, and your body. Those who possess inner harmony and can manage their state will be the ones to attract money and success into their lives.

2. ENERGY AND MONEY: HOW THEY ARE CONNECTED

Money is energy. Like any other form of energy, money flows to places where there is openness, freedom, desire, and a willingness to receive. The energy of money cannot tolerate restrictions; it does not come to places where it is unwelcome. To attract money into your life, you must learn to be in harmony with this energy, understand its nature, and open yourself to it.

Every intention, every step, every action related to money must be rooted in purity and sincerity, especially toward yourself. It’s important to understand that money comes to those who are ready to receive it and use it with love, those who are willing to share it with the world, and who see it as a tool for achieving higher purposes.

3. MONEY AS A PATH TO SELF-REALIZATION

Many people believe that money and happiness are incompatible. They think that if a person becomes absorbed in material values, they will lose something important, such as the spiritual aspect of their life. In reality, money can be part of your path to self-realization if you learn to work with it properly.

The truth is that every person has their unique mission in life, and in order to fulfill it, they need resources: time, energy, knowledge, and, of course, money. If you clearly understand your purpose and know how these resources can help you move toward your dream, money becomes an essential and necessary element of your journey.

In the search for their life mission, people often face difficulties, doubts, and the search for «their calling.» Some find their purpose in creativity, others in helping others, some in business, and others in scientific research. The importance of finding one’s true calling is obvious, but we don’t always understand what our true life’s work really is.

To fulfill your mission, it’s crucial to understand that money should be part of this path. This doesn’t mean that money should come first, but it’s important to realize that in order to accomplish your goals, you need all the resources — and money is no exception.

Self-realization is impossible without the ability to afford everything you need for your development. This may include education, travel, participation in projects, or starting a new business. All these things require investment, and money becomes the resource that will help you bring your ideas to life.

4. HOW TO FIND YOUR PATH TO WEALTH

Everyone has their own path to wealth, and this path cannot be replicated or copied. The secret lies in the fact that each of us is unique, and it is this uniqueness that defines what path to success and money will be right for us. To find your path to wealth, you must be open to new ideas and opportunities, trust your intuition, and not be afraid to experiment. It’s important to learn to listen to yourself, to your desires and aspirations, rather than following someone else’s model of success. The more you become aware of what you truly need for self-realization, the easier it will be to move in the right direction.

Many people ask themselves: how can I change my life if I have been struggling financially for a long time or feel stuck? The answer is simple: you need to start by changing your mindset and your energetic habits. As an energy therapist, I see money energy as a flow that is closely connected to our perception — how we perceive the world, how we perceive money, and how we interact with others.

Changing your mindset begins with becoming aware of your beliefs about money. Start by asking yourself a few important questions:

How do I feel about money? Do I have negative beliefs related to money?

Do I feel that I deserve wealth and success?

Do I use money as a tool to fulfill my mission?

By answering these questions, you will gain a clearer understanding of the barriers that prevent you from accepting money into your life and how you can overcome them.

Additionally, it’s important to realize that we are all part of a unified energy field, and the way we think and act affects the world around us. If you want to attract money, it’s essential to learn to be in balance with yourself and with others. The ability to manage your energy, be open to opportunities, and be grateful for everything you have are key aspects of the path to wealth.

So, the path to wealth is not just about earning money — it is a deep and multifaceted journey, where both external circumstances and your inner world, thoughts, emotions, and energetic alignment play vital roles. When you learn to manage your thoughts and energy, money will come to you as a natural result of your inner growth and realization. This is the secret to true wealth.

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE: HOW THE FINANCIAL CRISIS BECAME A CATALYST FOR CHANGE

Once, at the beginning of my journey, I worked solely in the health sector, and most of my clients wanted to lose weight. I helped them achieve their results, but I remained in the shadows of their success. I often felt unsuccessful and unsatisfied. I wasn’t happy with my work, my income, or the fact that I was constantly absorbed in other people’s problems, forgetting about myself.

Each morning, facing the repetitive cycle of work, I felt an increasing sense of emptiness. I saw how my clients were changing, becoming more confident and happy, while I stayed stuck in the same place. But everything began to shift when I started working with energy, mental, and emotional beliefs. I realized that the root of my inner crisis wasn’t in the external world but in how I viewed myself and my own worth.

There are turning points in everyone’s life when everything you’ve built over the years crumbles in an instant, leaving behind only a feeling of loss and hopelessness. And perhaps, it’s exactly in this moment, when everything seems lost, that true growth begins!

I always knew I would share my journey — the rocky roads that led me to understand my personal money code — but I thought I needed to accumulate more knowledge, experience more crises and failures before my story could truly be valuable. I believed I needed to be at the peak of my financial success before sharing my experiences with the world. However, life showed me that true experience is not just about success, but also about the moments of failure. And it was these moments that, in fact, became the crucial turning points that led me to a deeper understanding of myself, my potential, and, of course, my relationship with money.

The financial crisis became a kind of «wake-up call» for me. I realized that up until that point, I had been living in an illusion, and what I had considered success was neither genuine nor stable.

This realization came to me through a series of vivid events, each of which pushed me to examine my own beliefs. One such moment was a candid conversation with a client. She confessed to me that, as a numerologist, she had carefully chosen me as a dietitian. According to all her meticulous calculations, I was the best specialist. However, she found my fee too low, which made her uncomfortable. My services were «cheap,» and though she had no other better option, she had to turn to me. I felt so ashamed in that moment. I was used to working with people who recognized the value of my knowledge, my experience, and my energy. Yet this person saw how little I valued myself and respected my own work.

This was when the real financial crisis began. I knew I no longer wanted to work at such low rates, but I wasn’t ready to raise my prices either.

At that moment, I made an important realization: in order to change my financial reality, I needed to change my inner beliefs. I began to work on myself, exploring the deep-rooted causes of my financial problems. I realized that I had many hidden blocks and fears around money, and it was these blocks that were preventing me from reaching a new level of income.

The crisis I faced at that time became a huge lesson and source of strength. I understood that it is in these moments that we can truly learn who we are and what we need in order to move forward. This was the point where I was able to reset my understanding of money, success, and myself. It led me to create a reality where money is not just a means of survival, but an essential element contributing to my personal growth and development.

If you’re paid less than you’re worth or are doing work that doesn’t align with your purpose, your financial flow can completely shut off — that’s exactly what happened to me.

Money as a reflection of inner state

Up until a certain point, I viewed money as something external, just a means that was supposed to be there. Money, to me, was an «unstable variable» — something that came and went without explanation. But after years of working in various fields, with clients and with myself, I realized that money is not just a resource.

Our relationship with money, like our relationship with other aspects of life, depends on our inner world. If there is scarcity, fear, or doubt within us, these feelings will inevitably reflect on our financial flow. However, if we see money as something necessary for the realization of our goals, ideas, and needs, that awareness allows financial flow to come to us much more naturally and organically.

As I began working on myself and accumulating experience in psychology, energy work, and self-development, I noticed how my views on money were changing. It was a gradual process, but a very important one. At some point, I realized that my actions should stem not only from a desire to help others, but also from an inner confidence that I truly deserve wealth and prosperity.

Society has taught us to think about and care for others. In childhood, we were shamed for greed, demanding behavior, and selfishness. We were molded into being obedient and convenient for society. Demanding much for oneself was seen as shameful, immodest.

Yes, working with people, I observed various imbalances in personality and character. Some were overly greedy and angry, and they needed to become more generous and kind. These people had their own lessons to learn. But there were also those who needed to learn how to defend themselves, be firmer in their decisions, and put their desires first. They needed to recognize manipulation, stay away from toxic people, and not allow themselves to be used, devalued, or humiliated.

This moment became a real turning point for me. I realized that money is not just a reward for work done, but a kind of energy that flows through me, enabling me to create, share knowledge, help others, and create something valuable. I deserve wealth not only because I do my job well but also because I am valuable, my ideas are valuable, and I must use my gifts not only for the benefit of the world but also for myself.

The universe, like a caring parent, wants us to value ourselves, love ourselves, and receive fair compensation for our work. After all, if nothing ever changes, you won’t even think about the need to change anything.

PSYCHOLOGY OF MONEY: FROM OLD BELIEFS TO NEW CONSCIOUSNESS

The first steps on my path of transformation were connected to reexamining old beliefs that prevented me from accepting money as a normal part of life. In our society, there are many stereotypes around money — such as that money is bad, that it is linked to deception and greed, or that wealthy people are necessarily selfish and ruthlessly exploit the poor.

However, while these beliefs are widespread, they lack any real foundation. Money, in and of itself, does not have moral qualities; it is neutral. Its significance depends on how we perceive it and how we use it. For me, the realization that money is a tool — a means by which we can do good, create world-changing projects, and bring inspiring ideas to life — became crucial.

The psychology of money requires working through inner blocks. In my practice, I often encountered clients who, despite external success, did not feel worthy of wealth internally. They hid their achievements, undervalued their own worth, and doubted their abilities. Their relationship with money was complicated, filled with guilt and fear. This state typically gave rise to more and more financial problems.

To change your financial reality, it is essential to work with these blocks, with the beliefs that keep us stuck in poverty or middle-class circumstances. And, above all, we must learn to perceive money as something natural, normal, and necessary. It is important to understand that money is not evil nor the result of exploitation; it is merely a manifestation of the energy we radiate into the world.

EMBRACING YOUR WORTH AND VALUE

Embracing your own worth is another important step on the path to transformation. Very often, people who work in service-oriented fields, especially those in helping professions, fail to recognize their own value. We may help others, but we don’t always know how to help ourselves. This is because many of us associate our worth with the willingness to give and help, often forgetting about our own needs and desires.

For me, an important milestone on the path to recognizing my value was acknowledging that I have the right not only to help others but also to benefit from it. First and foremost, to benefit in the form of fair compensation for my work.

When we recognize our worth and are confident in ourselves, money flows more easily and with much less effort. It becomes not only a reflection of our work but also a signal that we are moving in the right direction.

INVESTING IN YOURSELF AND YOUR IDEAS

When I reached a certain level of understanding that money is an ally, it became clear to me that to attract more financial abundance, I needed to invest in myself, in my growth, and in my ideas. Success depends not only on how much I work and how many people I can serve, but also on how willing I am to invest in the development of my own potential.

During this period, I decided to change my working model. Instead of continuing to «chase» the number of clients, I focused on improving the quality of my services. I began to give more attention and energy to each client, deepening my knowledge in the fields of psychology, energy work, and other areas that intrigued me and would enrich my experience.

In my work, I had always tried to find the connection between a person’s health and their character and perception of the world. I noticed that health recovery programs produced the best results when I engaged in conversations about the person’s life, asking about their family, feelings, and experiences. I had always applied this approach in my work but hadn’t fully realized that it made me a unique specialist. It wasn’t until I heard one of my clients say: «You, Nadezhda, can say you’re saving people’s lives, not just teaching them about health,» that I realized how much this approach set me apart.

This realization led me to change my service offerings. I added energy work and mindset coaching to my nutritional guidance and supplements, raised my prices, and immediately felt the powerful flow of energetic support opening up to me.

It was during this time that I wrote my first book, «Kamasutra for Weight Loss.» Initially, I thought it was just another project that would mark the end of this phase of my life — a kind of culmination of everything I had achieved in the field of weight correction. But in reality, the book turned out to be just the beginning of a new chapter. It was like a mirror reflecting my inner transformation, showing that I had started to value my knowledge as something worth sharing. It was a time to take stock and prepare to move to the next level of growth.

The book became not just a creative process for me, but an investment in myself — an investment in my ability to convey information and ideas to others. I poured not only my expertise into the book, but also my soul, my emotions, and the knowledge I had accumulated over years of working with clients and in my personal practice. Realizing that I could create value through my ideas and by sharing them with others became the foundation for further growth.

OVERCOMING FEAR AND INNER RESISTANCE

When we begin to open ourselves up to new possibilities and new approaches, our new awareness of money often encounters inner resistance. This process is neither easy nor quick. Very often, we confront deep-rooted fears and beliefs that stem from our childhood, culture, family, or personal experiences. These beliefs can hold us back from fully unlocking our financial potential and allowing ourselves to have more.

One of the most powerful and widespread fears is the fear of losing money. Many people in our culture are raised in an atmosphere of scarcity, where money is always seen as a limited resource. The fear of losing it or not having enough often becomes paralyzing. This fear keeps us from taking important steps to change our financial reality. We are afraid to take risks, to invest in ourselves, because there is a subconscious belief that everything might «backfire» or result in failure.

I’ll be honest, I have faced this fear many times myself. When I first raised my prices, I was terrified. I worried that I would lose clients, that people would avoid me, and that my value in the eyes of others would diminish. But it was precisely this step that became a true catalyst for change. I realized that I needed to let go of old fears and beliefs in order to allow myself to move forward.

An important moment in this process was the realization that fear is not the enemy. On the contrary, it is a signal that I am stepping out of my comfort zone and am ready for growth. Overcoming fear became an essential part of my transformation. I learned not to avoid difficult decisions but to accept them as part of my journey. Each step, every success and failure, became a lesson for me.

THE ENERGY OF MONEY AND HOW TO USE IT FOR GOOD

Like any form of energy, money has its own frequency. It’s important to understand that the energy of money can be influenced by how we perceive it. If we view money as something dirty, a means of manipulation or power, then the flow of money will come with difficulty, conflict, and a sense of lack.

However, when we begin to see money as a resource for growth, a tool to improve the quality of life and realize our ideas, the flow of money becomes clean and harmonious. Money starts to move freely and effortlessly, and we begin to experience it not as a source of stress, but as support and a foundation.

I started working with the energy of money and applying my knowledge of energy practices. This was not something magical or mystical; rather, it was the realization that money is energy that can be directed into any area of our lives.

The energy of money is closely connected to the energy of gratitude. When I began to sincerely express gratitude for every incoming flow of money, it started attracting even more prosperity into my life. Gratitude for every payment received, for every project, for every success, became my new habit. I realized that the more I expressed gratitude for what I have, the more I can attract into my life.

The process of working with the energy of money became an important element of my transformation. It’s not just a method for attracting material wealth, but also a way of building inner harmony, which, in turn, attracts well-being and prosperity into our lives.

MONEY AND RESPONSIBILITY

Finally, an important stage of personal transformation is taking responsibility for our financial situation. We often look for someone or something to blame for our financial struggles. It might be circumstances, other people, or the system. But in reality, no one but ourselves is responsible for how much money we make and how we use it.

When I realized my responsibility for my financial reality, I stopped looking for external excuses for my situation. I understood that only I could change my financial picture. This doesn’t mean becoming a financial genius overnight, but it means that we can control our actions, our choices, and our belief in ourselves.

I began to study financial literacy more, learning about investing, creating passive income streams, and managing my money. I became more mindful of my budget, planning and allocating my finances wisely, without fear or stress. As I embraced my responsibility, I started making more thoughtful decisions, which ultimately led me to financial independence.

It’s important to understand that money doesn’t come by chance. They are the result of hard work, self-awareness, and confidence in our abilities. The more we value ourselves, our knowledge, and our skills, the easier and faster we attract money into our lives. But to start valuing ourselves, we must work on ourselves and continually invest time and money in our growth.

Thus, the path to understanding money is first and foremost a path to self-awareness, to the transformation of our inner world, and to harmony with the world around us. Money becomes not just something external, but a part of our lives, a part of what helps us create value for the world and for ourselves.

How my gift of clairvoyance opened up

I have always had a special talent for seeing and feeling more than the people around me, but whenever I faced difficulties, I would immediately become disappointed in myself and blame my intuition. I would tell myself that I was just like everyone else, that I was ordinary and that I had no special gift. But everything changed when I went through homebirth.

HOW I DECIDED ON A HOMEBIRTH

Every moment in our life is like a puzzle, each piece holding hidden meanings and lessons. This is exactly what happened to me when I decided to give birth to my second child at home. At the time, I didn’t realize that my choice to become a mother in this setting, surrounded by familiar energies, would be such a transformative event for me.

Childbirth is a moment when we are at our most vulnerable, when the body and soul open up in ways we often don’t even think about. It’s a moment of transition, when all of our strength comes together to bring new life into the world. And in that moment, as it turned out, something more opens up — something that had been hidden in me until then. This became an awakening that changed my life and my understanding of the world around me.

My path to homebirth was not a straight one. Like many women, I once imagined the process of giving birth as a standard one — a hospital, doctors, medical oversight. I always thought that in such a situation, I would feel safe. However, my first birth, following the traditional scenario, showed me how easily one can find themselves in rigid circumstances where the industrialized birthing process reduces you to the level of livestock in a factory farm.

I wrote in detail about my children in my book «For What Our Children Suffer». In it, I describe the main causes of all the problems in anyone’s life, not just a child’s.

When I started preparing for the birth of my second child, I began to feel that I didn’t want to go back into the system. I realized that birth is a sacred process that requires respect, harmony, and not intrusive medical interventions. I could feel my daughter’s soul guiding me, leading me, pushing me toward homebirth. She wanted to come into the world without hospitals or doctors. I started reading books about homebirth, talking to women who had gone through it, and understanding that this was my path too.

The realization that birth could be natural, safe, and supported in a home environment came to me gradually. I spent a lot of time reflecting, analyzing, and feeling that my body, my inner world, and my soul were ready for this. Homebirth is not just a physical process; it is also a deep psycho-emotional experience. I knew I wanted this moment to be as intimate and calm as possible, with only my husband by my side, and that too, just for observation.

That moment became a turning point in my life. On a physical level, I was fully absorbed in the birthing process, but suddenly something opened up in my mind. Amidst the contractions and intense sensations, I began to see different images. They were vivid, clear, and extraordinarily vivid.

THE DISCOVERY OF MY CLAIRVOYANT GIFT

I didn’t immediately understand what was happening to me. At some point, I began to feel my energy channels becoming fully open. During the first few minutes of labor, these images started flowing one after another. I saw scenes from my life, and then suddenly — completely unfamiliar images. I saw future events, people I had yet to meet. It was like a stream of information piercing through my conscious reality.

At first, it wasn’t so obvious. I could see moments from my childhood that I had forgotten, or conversations I had once had with people that seemed insignificant at the time, but now held deep meaning. These images weren’t just memories; they were like keys unlocking hidden doors. I began to understand how this world works, to see people in a new light, to feel their energy, and to see their hidden emotions.

With every passing minute of labor, the images grew clearer. They came in flashes — instant realizations of what would happen, or what had already happened but was hidden from my usual perception. I understood that in this moment, in this special state, I was unlocking a new level of awareness. It was a gift that I had never realized I possessed before.

During these moments, I experienced not just physical pain, but also a deep sense of how my consciousness was expanding. I felt like I was becoming part of something much larger. I wasn’t afraid of the pain because it felt like a natural part of the process. I knew that each sensation was a step in my transformation, and every new revelation was a step toward understanding myself and the world in a new way.

Childbirth is a metaphor for everything we go through in life when we open ourselves to new horizons, discover new qualities within ourselves, and sometimes uncover abilities we never even knew we had — such as the emergence of extrasensory abilities. Now I know that in giving birth, we not only bring new life into the world, but we also become transformed ourselves. The key is to navigate this process with awareness and openness.

THE FIRST CONTACT WITH MY DAUGHTER

I had felt my daughter’s soul long before I became pregnant. She was always near me, I could feel her presence, she communicated with me, guided me, and helped me. When I was pregnant, I realized just how deep our connection was, but I had no idea how extraordinary my daughter would be. She came to save all of us.

When my daughter was born, everything I had experienced up until that moment suddenly made sense. It felt like the culmination of a process, like reaching a point I had been heading toward all along.

That birth marked the beginning of a new phase in my life. I began to understand that the clairvoyant gift that emerged during labor was not a random occurrence. It was the result of how I had prepared myself, how I had opened my channels of perception, and how I had allowed myself to be fully present in the moment, with complete awareness of what was happening. I realized that the world is far bigger than I could have imagined. This experience taught me how important it is to trust myself, my body, my inner voice, and the energy of the world. The world became vast and astonishing, yet simple and logical at the same time.

Thinking and money

Thinking is the foundation of all processes in a person’s life, including the source of all material achievements. However, in order to achieve financial success, it is not enough to merely desire money or have ambitious dreams. One must think correctly about wealth, alter the very structure of one’s thinking so that it aligns with the laws of prosperity.

From the moment of birth, each person begins to shape their reality through their thoughts. Thoughts are not just abstract images or ideas; they are real energies that influence the physical world. When a person thinks in a certain way, their internal states and perception of the world become such that they begin to attract specific circumstances into their lives. The power of thought is so great that it can literally change the reality around us.

An especially important aspect is the realization that thoughts about money and wealth have a special power. People who think in terms of scarcity and poverty attract circumstances into their lives that confirm this limitation. They act and make decisions from a place of fear, doubt, and resentment, which always leads to stagnation in their financial lives.

On the other hand, those who focus on abundance, who believe in their ability to attract wealth, begin to act with confidence and purpose, and this leads to success. However, to become truly financially independent, one must understand that simply having positive thoughts is not enough. It is important to integrate this thinking into everyday life, into your habits and actions.

To understand how money is connected to thinking, one must realize that there is a law of cause and effect in the world. Thoughts are the cause, and circumstances are the effect. What happens to you in the material world is not random or the result of external circumstances. It is always the consequence of the thoughts you have «planted» in your mind.

People who regularly focus on their financial problems strengthen the belief that money is something difficult to achieve and valuable, and that it is hard to earn. These thoughts push them into actions that do not contribute to building wealth but, instead, reinforce their internal limitations. They begin to avoid financial decisions, shy away from risks, and avoid opportunities for growth. This creates a vicious circle, where they repeatedly receive confirmation of their poverty.

On the contrary, those who are convinced that money is a natural part of life, that wealth is accessible to everyone, begin to see financial opportunities as something natural. They are open to new solutions, they take risks, and in the end, they attract more opportunities for financial success.

THE PURITY OF THOUGHTS AS THE FOUNDATION OF FINANCIAL SUCCESS

Thoughts are the primary tool through which a person builds their reality. When we think about money, it’s important not only to imagine how we want to earn it, but also to cleanse our thoughts of all the limitations that may be hindering the process. Often, without even realizing it, a person holds negative beliefs in their mind that prevent them from unlocking their full financial potential.

Many people tend to perceive wealth as something that is not available to everyone, as a privilege reserved for a certain group of people. This belief is often formed in childhood, when a child hears from their parents or surroundings that money is the result of luck, chance, or something supernatural. This fosters a fear of money, a fear of wealth, and envy toward those who have it.

In order to change one’s financial situation, it is essential to develop a clean, untainted relationship with money. Money is not evil, not the root of all problems, nor is it what makes people corrupt or greedy. Money is a tool, and like any tool, it can be used for both good and bad. The key is to realize that wealth not only does not make a person bad, but it also opens up new opportunities for serving others and improving one’s own life.

The purity of thought lies in freeing oneself from fear, first and foremost, as well as envy, jealousy, and other negative emotions related to money. A person who learns to view money as a natural part of their life will no longer fear losing it, will not suffer from unrealistic expectations, and will begin to see their financial situation improve.

Overcoming the fear of poverty

The fear of poverty is one of the deepest and often hidden fears that affects the lives of millions of people. It can manifest in various forms: from a sense of internal tension at the thought of money to a clear avoidance of financial decisions that could lead to financial growth. This state can poison one’s life, limit potential, and prevent personal growth. However, understanding that the fear of poverty is not something innate but rather a result of internal beliefs and social programming opens up opportunities for change.

In this chapter, we will explore how to identify the fear of poverty, the mechanisms that generate it, and how to overcome it using awareness, self-development practices, and a wise approach to money.

TYPES OF THE FEAR OF POVERTY

It is important to understand that the fear of poverty does not always manifest in an obvious form. Many people, without realizing it, live in a state of chronic fear, which affects their everyday lives. It can be overt or hidden, but it always limits financial opportunities and creates internal blocks. Let’s explore some types of the fear of poverty that people may experience:
